Corn has formulated that the road to education has many elements. The key to be a Master of anything is realizing the road is endless; as long as you are there to walk it. Life and experience alone have their way and will of teaching us. However, the traditions of a Formal Education and to be drawn to it should result in actions that allow us to move forward smarter and faster. That is a powerful motivator. After graduating High School in Phoenix, Arizona in 1989, she studied BUSINESS and PEOPLE through the years at several colleges turning her focus to ARCHITECTURE at the University of Colorado in Boulder. In 1997 discovered the beginning of her passion for ARt and ultimately resulting in her career path. This was the direction she needed to finalize the traditional side of her education adding a BA in Fine Art from Western State College in 2000.
HONORS
Among her many honors, she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2000 from Western State College, a recipient of “National Appreciation of Fine Artist: Artist of the Month” in 2000, “Best of College Photography 2000″ Forum Magazine, Artreach International Competition Award Winner in 2003, and Director of the Local Co-op Paragon Gallery in Crested Butte, Colorado 2003. Bren has been invited to several News 4 and College TV stations for interviews as well as giving formal convocations and visits to K-12 Schools and College student body of artists. She works Collaboratively with architects, builders, writers, musicians, clothing designers, and is currently being recognized in the film industry.
MENTORS
Throughout this journey, Bren has accumulated a mentor or 2 that occasionally has and will continue to change her place of natural guidance. Pleasantly including clients, these influential people have given her the openness to challenge the , “Hey, there is always another road” theory. These added elements energize Bren.
